LRO School

I haven't posted in awhile so I thought I'd give a quick update about school.
M-F I'm in a classroom from 7-3(ish). Our class is split up into 15 "blocks". We get a book for each block then cover all the info in class. After we finish each block we take a test. Each book is 50-80 pages. We just finished block 6 this morning. We have a test every 2-3 days. It's a lot of info to learn in a short period of time, but I've got a 96% average right now.

I would explain what I'm learning about, but I'm sure it would bore you all to death, so I'll just put in some pics.

Thrilling huh? And I don't even learn this stuff hands on - just all from the book. It's a good time :p

I do get out on the weekends occasionally. My class went to a rodeo one weekend, and I've been to sea world a couple times.

My camera is dead and I left my charger in Salt Lake, so I won't be posting many more pics before Thanksgiving.

Back in the US of A

This week I started logistics tech school at Lackland AFB Texas. I will be here for 11 weeks. I'm going to be learning my job so when I get back to Ramstein I can actually have responsibilities- And I'll finally get to wear my badge!
Last week I decided to take a few days of leave and come back to the States early so I could go out to UT for a few days. It was way fun, and the best part was I didn't tell most people I was coming - so I just showed up out of no where. It was great :)
I went up to Logan for a few days and got to stay with my Wingman and visit most of my USU friends. It was great to see everyone. Sadly I forgot to take any pictures while I was there.
I also spent a couple days down in Salt Lake at my Sister's. And Sun morning my bro and I went on an early morning hike.

It was great to be home and see people. I'll also be back for Christmas so I'm looking forward to that.

But now I'm in San Antonio and so far it's a pretty good time. I'm in class most of the day, but I'm staying in a sweet place and getting paid for it so I really can't complain.
(This is my room, if you didn't catch that)
